Bekerja di area chatbot builder dan related services. Fokus pada bug fixing, feature improvement, integration flow, performance tracing, CI/CD awareness, server flow, dan validasi perubahan dari develop branch menuju staging dan production flow.

Problem

Chatbot builder behavior involved many connected flows: bot response time, flow variables, intent routing, alert behavior, versioning, and knowledge-base input. Changes needed to work inside existing product and release flow.

Role

Backend contributor and feature improver. I improved existing flows, fixed bugs, traced bottlenecks, added targeted features, and adjusted builder frontend behavior when needed.

Approach

Read existing behavior, trace runtime path in dev, isolate slow or broken logic, simplify unnecessary processing, validate with team flow, then move changes through staging and release process.

Result

Chatbot response became noticeably faster, knowledge-base setup became easier, alert behavior became safer, versioning became simpler, and backend changes became easier to validate through dev, staging, and release flow.
